When we slow down and take time to just be, we can tap into our roots and find our purpose, our true "heartwork".  Hand and Heartwork was born from Nichole's deep need to heal, create, and share space with others. She loves teaching about compassion and her passion for plant-powered living. Heartwork dives deep into the depths of self reflection and vulnerability, inviting others to join along the way in the limitless journey of Finding Self.
