"After walking through deep personal loss, trauma, and transformation, I discovered that true healing isn't something we force - it's something we gently return to. Through nature, creativity, ritual, and connection, I began to rebuild a relationship with myself rooted in compassion, worth, and love.

Hand and Heartwork is the space I've created to share that journey with others. Here, we gather to slow down. To create. To feel. To remember who we are beneath the noise of the world and the stories we've carried.

Through workshops, tea circles, and intentional experiences, I guide others in reconnecting to their inner truth - using the simple, powerful language of the hands and the wisdom of the heart.
